The Challenge

Finding the right healthcare provider involves more than browsing a list of names. Patients need clear information about doctors and clinics, while healthcare providers need practical ways to manage their presence and day-to-day digital workflows.

Dubai Clinics needed a coherent brand and a functional platform to bring these needs together: a directory of doctors and clinics in Dubai, doctor and clinic profiles, appointment booking, and clinic management tools — with a visual identity that could carry across both the public-facing experience and the operational interfaces.

The Approach

We developed the logo and visual system, including the colour palette, typography and custom illustrations. In parallel, we designed the platform experience around its distinct audiences: people searching for care, doctors managing their profiles and clinics maintaining their information and operations. The information architecture and interface design connect the public directory with the platform's operational tools.

The Solution

The project combined brand development with the design and development of a functional healthcare platform. The product includes a directory of doctors and clinics in Dubai, doctor and clinic profiles, an appointment-booking system, a lightweight CRM for clinics and tools for clinic management. The visual identity carries across the public-facing experience and the platform interfaces.

A Brand for Healthcare Discovery

Dubai Clinics is a directory designed to help people explore doctors and clinics in Dubai. We created the logo and visual identity to give the platform a clear, recognisable presence across its public-facing pages and digital product.

A Consistent Visual System

The brand system includes the colour palette, typography and custom illustrations. These elements establish a consistent visual language that can work across healthcare listings, profile pages and more functional parts of the platform.

More Than a Directory

The product goes beyond listing healthcare providers. It combines the public directory with tools that support the needs of patients, doctors and clinics. The experience was designed around these different user groups, with clear paths between discovering a provider, reviewing a profile and taking the next step.

Appointment Booking

The platform includes an appointment-booking system that supports the journey from finding a doctor or clinic to requesting or arranging an appointment. The booking experience is part of the wider product rather than an isolated feature.

Tools for Clinics and Doctors

Behind the public directory is a set of provider-facing functions. Doctors have profile pages, while clinics can use a lightweight CRM and clinic management tools. These capabilities make Dubai Clinics a functional healthcare platform as well as a discovery directory.

Bringing the Experience Together

We designed and developed the website and platform, bringing the brand identity and product interfaces together in one coherent system. The work spanned the visual foundations of the brand and the functional experience used by patients and healthcare providers.

The Outcome

Dubai Clinics brings discovery and operational functionality into one digital ecosystem: patients can explore doctors and clinics and use the booking flow, while healthcare providers have profile and management tools designed for their needs. The brand identity provides a consistent visual foundation across these connected experiences.
