These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website operated by BrandFather at brandfather.agency (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the website only. A separate written agreement is required before any paid branding or related professional services begin.

The Site presents BrandFather’s services, selected work, and related information for general marketing and communication purposes. Content is provided “as is” and may be updated without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract, a guarantee of outcomes, or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Submitting a contact form or writing to us does not create a client relationship. We may decline work that is not a fit. Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined only in a separate agreement between BrandFather and the client.

Unless otherwise stated, BrandFather owns or licenses the text, design, graphics, logos, layouts, and other materials on the Site. You may view and temporarily store pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape at scale, or commercially reuse Site materials without prior written permission, except where mandatory law allows.

Client names, marks, and project materials shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and appear with authorised disclosure.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting service, submitting malicious or unlawful content, automated abuse of forms, or any activity that harms BrandFather, other users, or third parties.

The Site may link to third-party websites (including live client sites). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrandFather disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrandFather is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site is limited to the greater of AED 0 (where no fee was paid for Site access) or the amount you paid specifically for Site access in the three months before the claim, if any.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Personal information submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, our Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

We may revise these Terms by updating this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
