  • Contact form: name, work email, optional mobile or WhatsApp number, optional company name, and the project message you submit.
  • Direct channels: information you send by email to hello@brandfather.agency or via WhatsApp when you choose those routes.
  • Technical data: standard server or hosting logs that may include IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and pages requested. These logs are used for security, reliability, and diagnosing faults.

We use personal information only for the purposes below.

  • To read and respond to project enquiries and related correspondence.
  • To understand whether a request is a fit for our services and to continue a conversation you have started.
  • To operate, secure, and maintain the website.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations when they apply to us.

We process enquiry data because you ask us to respond (contractual steps at your request, or our legitimate interest in running a professional services business and answering business enquiries). Technical logs are processed for security and site integrity.
