The Challenge

Cross-border cargo delivery can feel complicated to customers, who need to understand available routes, shipment types, customs support and delivery steps before making an enquiry.

CargEx connects cargo delivery between the UAE and Türkiye with CIS destinations. The business needed a distinct name and brand identity, plus a website that could present air and sea options, a range of shipment types, destination coverage and a step-by-step process — so individual and business customers could find relevant information and request a quote without unnecessary friction.

The Approach

We developed the CargEx name and brand identity, including the colour palette and custom illustrations. We then translated the identity into the website experience, shaping the service structure and page content around customer questions: what can be shipped, where it can go, how the process works and how to request a quote.

The Solution

The project brought naming, branding and digital delivery together. We created the visual direction and illustrations, developed the website structure and copy, and designed and built a responsive website presenting CargEx's cargo delivery services. The content covers shipment types, destinations, the delivery process and enquiry paths for individual and business customers.

A Name Built for Cargo

CargEx brings together the ideas of cargo and express delivery in a concise brand name. It is direct, easy to recognise and connected to the service at the heart of the business: moving shipments across borders.

Building the Brand Identity

We developed the CargEx brand identity, including its colour palette and illustrative language. The goal was to create a distinctive and consistent visual foundation that could carry across the website and the company's digital communications.

Making Logistics Easier to Understand

International shipping involves many practical questions. We structured the website to help visitors navigate the service offering, understand available shipment options and explore destination coverage. Dedicated content explains the delivery process and helps customers identify the next step.

Content Designed Around Customer Questions

We developed the website copy and information architecture alongside the design. The content covers documents and parcels, electronics, clothing, automotive parts and larger commercial shipments, as well as customs support, delivery destinations and the enquiry process.

From Brand to Digital Experience

The website brings the naming, visual identity, illustrations and content into one coherent experience. Its purpose is practical: present the service clearly, help customers find relevant information and make it easy to request a delivery quote.

The Outcome

The resulting website gives CargEx a cohesive digital presence, combining the brand identity with clear service information and enquiry journeys. The live site presents air and sea delivery options, a range of shipment types, destination information and a step-by-step overview of the process.
